Now I Am Trying to Find All My Steam Friends at All Over Again

Friends & Chat breaking my steam

Hello, I'm having bug with the steam client. I installed it, logged in and everything was fine, all the tabs: store, library etc. were loading, only the moment I clicked on "Friends & Chat" at the bottom correct of the screen information technology bugged out, information technology can't load "Friends & Chat" meaning it doesn't open that window and at present every tab like: shop, library etc. can't load. It's just a blackness / grey screen for similar xv-20 seconds, and then information technology loads the tab for 5 seconds and information technology goes to black / grayness screen again and repeats this process, then I tin't message people or play any game. I closed steam and logged in again, simply the same thing keeps happening without even clicking on "Friends & Conversation"...
It fixes itself when I restart my PC, or if I reinstall steam, I login and it'due south fine, but over again when I click on "Friends & Conversation" everything goes to hell, I can't even message people from their profile pages the chat window just doesn't open up.
I accept Windows 10 Pro on my PC and I tried login in to steam on two more PCs. The 2nd one that also has Windows 10 also has this bug, simply on the 3rd PC that has Windows 7 it works fine, everything loads I tin can chat with people no problem.
I cleared my download cache and deleted the web browser cache and cookies from steam > settings, only that didn't gear up it... :(
